A Timeline of Our Accreditations
Here's our timeline showing our story, from becoming an active member of UKITA in 2010, to the many accreditations we have achieved in the decade and more since.
Google Partner Status
We became very busy in 2022. We thought it was time to claim our Google Partner status (something which we'd be covered by, from day one), as we've had our team becoming qualified by Google themselves for a range of services we provide.

We renewed our Clutch leadership status in its second year, as "Clutch Leadership" can only be maintained by continuing to achieve positive customer reviews, which unlike many platforms are highly scrutinised and won't be caught if a year.

Social Media A Focus on Real Customer Reviews
During this era, we shifted to focus on accreditations and real customer reviews across platforms.
Google had updated its algorithm in a significant way, to pay close attention to points such as Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust. We knew how important it would be our customers reviewed us, so this is where we decided to place our attention.
In 2018, we got listed on Clutch where we have eventually maintained a highly impressive 5-Star rating.

We also moved heavily to building on Google Reviews and our Trustpilot reviews, and both of which show we have zero reviews 4 star (below) and all reviews are for exceptional solutions and services.
Industry Memberships & Recognition
2013 to 2018 were a period of significant growth for Opace. Our SEO and content marketing really started taking off and our portfolio and reviews continued to grow.
We also became very active in accreditation and continued our journey building credibility by joining:
Built our Clutch portfolio with detailed case studies and client verifications.
Joined The Drum Network and RAR (Recommended Agencies Register), providing independent verification of our capabilities.
UKITA Quality Mark, UK IT Association (UKITA)
Renewed certification with CompTIA TrustMark+ when it took over the AccreditUK eMedia and eCommerce scheme.
Receiving recognition in The Drum and RAR (Recommended Agencies Regional) were a big focus for us in 2015. We became active members of The Drum and a RAR recommended agency.
In 2013, TrustMark+, an arm of AccreditUK in Media and in Commerce scheme and we renewed our certification with TrustMark.
Getting Established — Early Accreditations
During the years of 2008 to 2014, we were very busy having to prove our credentials. We worked hard to become an accredited member within professional communities, including:
As such, we joined UKITA (the UK IT Association), the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and became an accredited as a Quality Approved member of UKITA.
We joined Business Link's Select Supply programme and also moved to found (and become accredited by) AccreditUK's new e-Media and e-Commerce qualification.
