In October 2020, Adhesive Supply, a provider of adhesive products, sought Opace’s assistance to address immediate issues with their Magento 2 website. The initial focus was on setting up PayPal and troubleshooting WorldPay issues, ensuring a smooth checkout process for users. Although these were short-term fixes, they laid the groundwork for more extensive updates.
Our work
In early 2021, we undertook a significant update, patching and upgrading the Magento 2 website to the latest version. This included updating various plugins, some of which required new licenses, and thorough testing in a development environment before migrating to live. This critical step ensured the site was secure, stable, and capable of providing a better user experience.
