The work

A marketplace built for ethical retail.

Achieving a seamless integration with the existing app, we developed a corporate website, headless storefront, web-based seller dashboard, and marketing strategy for this ethical retail platform.

Bazar Ethical Life Marketplace, a new venture aiming to support retailers in the sustainable and ethical space, approached us in 2018. They needed a corporate website and a custom backend dashboard for sellers, integrated with their marketplace app.

Our work covered multiple areas:

  • Development of a small, multi-sectioned one-page website using WordPress and Divi
  • Integration of seller dashboard and headless storefront using existing APIs and the WCFM Marketplace plugin
  • Copywriting and SEO tasks, creating 51 new pages optimised for search
  • Ongoing technical support, API issue resolution, and feature integration (analytics, sales reports)

The Results

A fully functional corporate website and sophisticated seller dashboard were delivered. Bazar successfully onboarded initial retailers and raised capital for expansion, eventually re-launching as “Go Ethical”.
