Charella Gardens, a prominent garden plants retailer, approached Opace in early 2022 for support with their Magento store and SEO strategy. They required ongoing technical maintenance, SEO improvements, and copywriting for their product categories to enhance their online presence and achieve better search rankings.
Our work
We started by implementing a 12-month technical support contract beginning, ensuring the website was regularly maintained, updated, and any issues promptly resolved. Our support included plugin updates, testing, and deployment, helping to keep the site running smoothly and securely.
In October 2022, we conducted a comprehensive keyword research exercise to refine the category and sub-category menu structure based on search volumes. This research helped us develop an optimised structure that improved navigation and user experience, ultimately boosting the site’s SEO performance.
We continue to support Charella Gardens with technical support, maintaining the same high level of service and ensuring the site remains optimised and functional.
