
CASE STUDY: Ironmongery Online
Ironmongery Online, the UKs leading online ironmongery retailer, sells tens of thousands of products online and relies heavily upon the effectiveness of their website and digital marketing strategy. The newly appointed Marketing Manager came to Opace in 2012 for SEO training and an assessment of their previous supplier’s work. From there, our relationship grew.
Following a very successful training session, we were appointed by Ironmongery Online to develop a new responsive, bespoke Magento design with improved SEO, as well as the website development for a new venture called PRIMUS We were also asked to carry out an SEO audit and link removal project, which took place over three months and resulted in search ranking improvements for over 80 keywords. In conjunction with the SEO audit work, we continued to impress the firm our fully managed digital marketing service.
The Result
We delivered high quality SEO content creation, infographic design and impactful content marketing. The combined efforts of the above activities delivered great results for Ironmongery Online and in the words of Vicky Tomline, Marketing Manager, “The copy is great, not just random words put together, but actual readable interesting content.
