A comprehensive overhaul of DTC’s website and seo strategy to significantly boost search engine rankings and online visibility.
DTC, a leading UK supplier of industrial equipment, engineering supplies, consumables, and coatings for marine, automotive, aerospace, and composite manufacturing sectors, recognised that its digital presence was underperforming. We were approached in 2021 to enhance their seo performance to better align with DTC’s industry reputation and product offerings.
Work Undertaken:
We initiated the project with an extensive seo and keyword strategy. This involved a thorough analysis and update of H1 tags, URLs, and meta data for key pages. Our strategy also included eCommerce content creation and supporting DTC’s marketing efforts with high-quality, seo-focused blog posts and category descriptions.
The success of the seo work led to Opace inheriting the website from another agency and providing ongoing technical support. In 2024, we provided a complete bespoke redesign of DTC’s website using WooCommerce which aimed to improve the site’s speed, usability, and overall user experience. We ensured the website’s look and feel were modern, professional, and reflective of DTC’s extensive product range and industry expertise.
The Results:
The website saw over 400 new keywords entering the search rankings, with more than 200 keywords achieving Page 1 status. This substantial improvement in keyword rankings led to a 30x increase in their seo score. By combining a robust seo strategy with a user-friendly website redesign, we helped DTC achieve remarkable growth in their online visibility and search engine performance.
